It was started in February 2010. Since then, the project is fully functional with the manpower of 21 employees. 3 times food i.e. breakfast, lunch & dinner to the indoor patients, is served daily. Fresh meal is cooked each time for an average 400 patients each time.
During corona period, the hospital was declared exclusively for corona cure centre. Numbers of patients were decreased due to social distancing. During entire period of corona DSF-BBH Food Project staff remained functional efficiently serving to the corona patients. Alhamdulillah no case reported of corona symptoms in DSF staff.
