DSF
is being contributing since 2010 by helping the deserving persons to enable
them to make their lives according to prevailing environment around. There are
number of deserving patients recovered from different diseases and enjoying
their healthy lives like healthy people. We are pleased to mention here that
thousands of poor persons have been established by completing their education
or set their business. Widows, Handicapped and socially deprived individuals
are focused in spite of organizations or institutions.
DSF
Secretariat designed the following H-Series form for the deserving persons:
1.1.
DSF-HH
This
form is used for Home Trustee referee. It contains four categories House Hold,
Education, Sickness and Marriage. A guardian is also nominated in respective
form.
1.2.
DSF H-1
This
form is used for House Hold needs of poor person especially widow or divorced
women or orphan girl/boy or any. Under this form charity is granted either one
time or periodically according to need & situation. Charity in kind is also
granted e.g. sew machine to a tailoring skilled worker, beauty parlor set up to
its skilled worker, tyre puncher equipment,
Carpenter’s tools, plumbing tools etc in order to
establish a deserving upon his own footings; besides bicycles & wheel
chairs.
1.3.
DSF H-1B
This
form is used for the financial help for self business
at small scale. The person having specific skill& will but unfortunately does
not possess the financial resources to earn livelihood is entertained for
providing the help in kinds or amount alongwith
proper counseling and guidance to utilize the help in best manner. Charity in
kind is also granted e.g. sew machine to a tailoring skilled worker, beauty
parlor set up to its skilled worker, tyre puncher
equipment, Carpenter’s tools, plumbing tools etc in
order to establish a deserving upon his own footings; besides bicycles &
wheel chairs.
Difference
between H-1 & H-1B is that is H-1, the needy approaches DSF for help only
for house hold expenses. Secretary DSF does interview & assess the approacher (either male or female) to unable on his/her on
foots and thus establish on self reliance by giving
counseling & financial help.
Whereas,
in H-1B, the needy approaches for the specific help for the skill he/she
possesses.
1.4.
DSF H-1E
This
form is used for the financial help for Education to the deserving students up
to university level. Students are entertained on purely need basis but they are
advised to maintain high merit in studies while receiving the scholarship from
DSF. It is clear to them that scholarship will be ceased in case of failure or
poor GPA/CGPA. Scholarship is given either to student or directly to the Institution
through cross cheque. In certain cases, hostel fee
& mess charges are also given to dire needies.
1.5.
DSF H-1M
This
form is used for the financial help for marriage to the poors
and orphans. Payments are made after fixing of marriage date. DSF donates marriage
package around 15,000/- to 25,000/-as per severity.
1.6.
DSF H-1S
This
form is used for the financial help for sickness and medical treatment. All the
medical documents are verified and examined by the DSF Medical Officer, who examines
the medical reports & receipts of patient as well as in-person interview,
at times and recommends amount. Payments are made either one time or for a
complete course of 3 to 12 months.
1.7.
DSF H-1O (Organization)
This
form is used for the financial help to the Organization / Institution which is serving
community in general &itsmotto match with the objectives
of DSF. Here, we mention some organizations / institutions serving with a drop
